-Late returns are subject to a fee equal to a full day’s rental for each day the gear is late. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges and to check availability.

-All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees, which are billed at the standard daily rate per item. Communication is key—let us know in advance if you’re running behind and we’ll do our best to accommodate

-All rentals require valid production insurance. If any gear is lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter is responsible for initiating a claim, and we’ll coordinate with your insurance company to ensure full coverage of replacement or repair costs.

-Renters are fully responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. Production insurance is required for all rentals, and we’ll work directly with you and your insurance provider to handle repair or replacement costs at current market value.

-A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all rentals. First-time renters may also be asked to provide a secondary form of identification or proof of address. We reserve the right to verify identity before releasing any gear.

-A government-issued ID is required for every rental, and must match the name on the rental agreement and insurance documents. Additional verification may be needed for larger orders or new renters.

-Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full (100%) refund. Cancellations made 7 to 30 days prior to the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

-We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before your rental date. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days out, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental are non-refundable.
